Privacy & Data Protection Policy
1. Personal Information Collected
We collect only the information strictly necessary to verify community membership and process bereavement claims: member names, dates of birth, relationships of dependents, contact information, and official death certificates.
2. Access Controls & Dignity Safeguards
Death certificates, medical pronouncements, and dependent ID records are classified as restricted confidential records. They are accessible solely by authorized members of the Review Committee during case verification and are never shared publicly or monetized.
3. Financial Data & Security
We do not store complete credit card or banking credentials on our servers. All digital payments are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processors (such as Stripe).
4. Data Deletion Rights
Members may request the deletion of their household profile upon withdrawal, subject only to statutory accounting retention obligations for audited general ledger entries.
